What is your same-day delivery cutoff?

Order by 12 PM (noon), Monday to Saturday, for same-day flower delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next business day. We hand-arrange every arrangement at our Newmarket shop at 17817 Leslie St. before it leaves for delivery, so same-day requests need to reach us in time to be made and routed.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Our local delivery covers Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and the wider York Region (including East Gwillimbury, King City, Holland Landing, and nearby communities). Not sure if you're in range? Add your address at checkout and we'll confirm delivery before the order is finalized.

Can you deliver to a hospital or funeral home?

Yes. We regularly deliver to Southlake Regional Health Centre, Genesis Place, local funeral homes, retirement residences, and care facilities across York Region. Please include the facility name and the recipient's room or ward in your order notes so we deliver to the right place. For sympathy and funeral arrangements, our team can coordinate timing with the service.

How much does flower delivery cost?

Product prices are shown per arrangement (for example, bouquets start around $55 and signature designs run higher). Local delivery across Newmarket, Aurora, and York Region is available, and your full total — product plus delivery — is always shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.

Can I pick up my flowers instead of having them delivered?

Absolutely. Pickup is available at our Newmarket shop, 17817 Leslie St. Choose "local pickup" at checkout and we'll have your hand-arranged bouquet ready. If you need a specific pickup time, add it in the order notes and we'll do our best to match it.

Which occasions do you cover?

We hand-arrange for birthdays, anniversaries, romance, sympathy and funeral tributes, get-well wishes, thank-you gifts, new baby, housewarmings, and just-because. Browse by occasion on the site, or tell us the moment and we'll point you to the right arrangement. Seasonal stems mean exact flowers may vary, but we keep the colour, size, and style as close as possible to what you order.

Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?

Same-day delivery runs Monday to Saturday with the 12 PM cutoff. Sunday and statutory-holiday delivery depends on the date — if you need flowers on one of those days, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.

How fresh are the flowers?

Every arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal blooms at our Newmarket shop. We don't pre-build and store stock, so your bouquet is arranged the day it goes out.
